Showcase has always been dedicated to providing the highest levels of customer service. Keeping our existing customers happy is Showcase’s #1 customer service goal. In addition to our day-to-day activities, our Customer Service Department places phone calls to each of its hotel customers every 3-4 months, to proactively address any questions, issues, or concerns.
Showcase provides 24/7x365 “live” toll-free customer and end-user support. Showcase also provides on-site and/or telephone training to franchises incorporating our solutions. Showcase provides complete technical support during typical business hours from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST Monday-Friday. After hour’s calls are routed to our after hours hotline for 24/7 support.
