Reporting:
Each Showcase customer is given a secure login user name and password to our proprietary backend database, www.showcasestats.com. Transactions include multiple levels of detail and numerous reporting options on multiple levels; for example, a Hotel Chain or Management Company can review the usage of their hotels in one report, while an individual hotel only sees their information. Additionally, for a fee, Showcase can produce custom reports.

Client security is our top priority. This is why all Showcase transactions utilize duel encryption and no information is stored locally. All components of the Showcase network infrastructure are part of a payment-processing engine, which adheres to the most stringent security protocols. Additionally, Showcase is PCI certified. In 2004, the Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP) protocols were incorporated as the industry standard for online payment and data transactions known as Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard, (DSS).
